During this course, you’ll learn the core practical skills you need to successfully engage and influence others. You’ll also have access to the online leadership assessment tool Work Engagement Profile®. To deepen your learning experience, please complete the Profile before the course starts.

  • define engagement and assess your own and others’ engagement in the workplace;
  • develop powerful listening approaches and discover common ground and mutual insight; and
  • create and apply a framework that enables a high-performing team.

This course can be tailored and delivered in-house* to physicians and/or interdisciplinary teams at your organization, meeting or conference. Contact us at pli@cma.ca to find out more.
