To cancel a course you’ve registered for, please email pli@cma.ca. 

Put “Course Cancellation” in the subject line of the email and include the details of the course and your registration confirmation number in the body of the email.

 Please refer to the Cancellation Policy below for cancellation terms, conditions and fees.

Cancellation Policy: PLI Courses

Registration fees, less an administrative charge of $250 (plus applicable taxes) for each face-to-face course and $75 (plus applicable taxes) for each online course, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days before the course start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 10 business days before the course start date.

You may not cancel a face-to-face course by transferring into another course. However, you may arrange for someone to take your place in the course you originally booked.

Transfers will be accepted for online courses within the same calendar year.

Cancellation Policy: End-of-life and Medical Assistance in Dying Courses

Registration fees, less an administrative charge of $75 (plus applicable taxes) for each online course, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days before the course start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 10 business days before the course start date.

No cancellations will be accepted for the foundational online module on medical assistance in dying.
