How can I track my purchase?
All items requiring shipping are sent via Canada Post. Unfortunately, we can’t provide tracking numbers for them.
If you have been waiting for your purchase longer than two weeks, reach out to us at the Member Service Centreso we can investigate for you.
How do I place a return?
We're sorry you didn't love your product. Please reach out to Member Service Centrewith your order number, email associated with the account and the product you'd like to return―we'll take care of the rest.
How do I cancel a course I’ve registered for?
We’re sorry you’re having second thoughts. Before contacting us, make sure to consult our cancellation policy for the terms, conditions and fees that may apply. Then reach out to pli@cma.ca to advise of the cancellation.
Please include “course cancellation” in your subject line and the course name/ registration confirmation number in the body of your email.
Help! I’m having trouble downloading the digital (PDF) copy of my purchase.
Once you purchase a digital publication from our store (think New in Practice, CMA Driver’s Guide or Encounters) and your payment has been processed, you will get an email with a link to the downloadable PDF.
Some internet browsers will block the ability to download a digital copy of our publications. Before downloading the PDF, make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.
