ABOUT THIS COURSE

Effective management of conflict can enhance creativity and innovation. During this course, you’ll learn how to successfully manage conflict, including using facilitation and resolution processes, and avoid the difficulties it can create for relationships.

EXPECT TO LEARN HOW TO:

 

  • analyze the dynamics and politics of effective negotiation;
  • differentiate between types of conflict and conflict management styles; and
  • develop effective strategies for managing constituencies and building coalitions.
