LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this two-hour workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify what psychological safety presents as in the workplace
2. Describe our professional responsibilities to our colleagues, including learners
3. Initiate collegial learning conversations with colleagues
4. Decide when an alternative to a collegial conversation is needed
5. Explore the links between collegial conversations, psychological safety, diversity, inclusion and collaboration
