This anthology of prose and poetry of some 100 Canadian authors including Drs. David Goldbloom, Shane Neilson, Allan Peterkin and Monica Kidd, has been specially curated and includes a study guide. It provides fuel for discussion in classrooms and groups as learners’ and physicians’ increase their insight into the patients’ experience of illness, improve their communication skills and complement the science of medicine with a patient-centred focus.
